How to make ANZAC Biscuits

Anzac Day falls on the 25th of April every year, the day Australians pause to remember and honour the contributions of our servicemen and women. For as long as we've been observing the holiday, the delicious Anzac biscuit has been a part of that tradition.

Ingredients:

 

2 cups rolled oats

1 cup plain flour

⅔ cup caster sugar

¾ cup dessicated coconut

⅓ cup golden syrup

125g unsalted butter

1 tsp Bi-carb (/baking) soda

2 tbsp hot water
